May, 2010- The Stump’s Smokers Company is working hard to get smokers out the door. In addition to normal production, we have been working on sketching out a couple new smoker design as well as offering up a newly improved, larger version Stump’s Tailgater model. In addition, the company will be launching it’s new online store soon. Keep checking back to see when it will be open.

Feb, 2010 -  February was another great month for the Stump’s Smokers Company. The Tax Refund Classic Promo was a big hit and we have begun working on these orders.  Since December, a lot of new smokers have been rolling out of the shop every week! Thank you again for your business!

Jan, 2010 - WE MEAN BUSINESS! The Stump’s Smokers Company has started the year off with a BANG! With the holidays behind us, it’s time to get back to the business at hand. You thought 2009 was fast and furious. YOU HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING YET! In order to be the best, you gotta beat the BEST. And right now, STUMP’S SMOKERS is the best there is on the market when it comes to (GF) Gravity-Feed Smokers. Our #1 Goal this year is to add more NEW customers to the Stump’s Smokers family. Who Says Pit Builders Can’t Be Friends?

The Stump’s Smokers team competed in the annual Big Pig-Jig this past weekend in Vienna, GA. It was a great weekend for a BBQ Contest. Over 120 teams from around to nation came to compete in this event. The weather was absolutely perfect and spectator attendance was at an all time high.  However, the best part of the entire weekend was captured on camera when 3 legendary pit builders came together for a group picture. Walter “Stump” McDowell of Stump’s Smokers, Jamie Geer of Jambo Pits, and Jay Curry of Spicewine Ironworks all huddled together under the  Smokin Cracker’s Competition Team tent Friday night for what some will consider a historical moment. Though the moment was short, the best of the best was together and no one can debate that. These guys are passionate about the smokers they produce for their customers but that night, instead of debating about who has the best product, friendships were established that will last a lifetime.

“The 2009 Stretch”

We all thought the “Baby Stump’s” was next best thing to sliced bread but little did we know that was about to change... Meet the newest Stump’s Smoker Vertical Smoker - ”THE STRETCH.” This model is the latest and greatest new gravity-fed smoker and there is nothing on the market that can even come close to this BIG BAD BOY! The unit comes with (3) XL 32 inch wide heavy duty racks that can handle any amount of meat you place on them. Other new enhancements with this smoker includes standard “Stump-Tough” door and side handles and a redesign stack placement that will allow for greater heat distribution throughout the cooker. Also it will come with front swivel hardened-rubber tires that will allow for easy movement of this cooker.
